Termination Policy
At ERPUmrah, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient experience with our system. However, we understand that circumstances may require clients to terminate their subscription. Below is our termination policy to ensure clarity and transparency:
Notice Period
Clients must provide a written notice of termination at least 30 days before the intended termination date. The notice can be sent via email info@erpumrah.com or through our WhatsApp Group support portal.
Final Billing
Upon termination, clients will be billed for any outstanding charges, including unpaid subscription fees or additional services utilized before the termination date.
Data Access and Backup

Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all necessary data before the termination date.

Access to the system will be disabled on the termination date, and all client data will be securely stored for 30 days post-termination. After this period, data will be permanently deleted unless otherwise requested in writing during the notice period.
Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided for partial months of service or for the remaining duration of any prepaid plans.

Any refundable amounts due will be processed within 14 business days after termination, if applicable.
Contractual Obligations
​If termination occurs before the completion of any agreed contract term, early termination fees may apply as stipulated in the signed agreement.
Reinstatement
Clients wishing to reinstate their account post-termination will need to contact us within 30 days. Reinstatement may involve additional fees and a new agreement.
